For me, diving is an immersion into a completely different world. It requires full concentration on the equipment and an alert mind, so that one can both dive relaxed and perceive even the smallest things underwater. Everyone starts small, but the wonderful thing about diving is that with good training and practice, you can make great progress very quickly. I look forward to every dive. A day at and in the lake is always a bit like pure relaxation.
