In August 2014, Ocean Management Systems (OMS) USA was sold. The headquarters of the new Ocean Management Systems GmbH, represented by BtS Europa AG, is now located in Germany. While BtS owned 50% and DUI 50% at the time of the takeover, BtS Europa AG has been the sole owner of the OMS brand since June 22, 2018. This makes OMS a purely German company.
