As a professional cameraman, editor, and producer, I have always had a special fondness for underwater images. I already had an underwater camera with me on most of my diving courses.
Since 1990, I have been working freelance with my production company as a cameraman, editor, and producer for television stations, film productions, and advertising agencies (www.fastmotion-tv.de)
In 1997, I discovered my passion for diving.
Since then, it has been a personal mission of mine to document the underwater world.
I started with private recordings, among other places, in the Red Sea. Over the decades, my diving skills have grown, and the boundaries have gradually shifted.
Today, I work in depths up to 180 meters in complete darkness to explore deep, never-before-dived wrecks, and to explore caves and mines.
My work, however, applies to all aspects of diving and the mysterious beauty of the underwater world. I am just as interested in tropical reefs as in the subtle life in our local lakes.
Since 2012, I have also been working as a diving professional and teaching sport and technical diving courses.
I can look back on an experience of over 2500 dives.
Here I show some of my trailers and films and give an insight into my work.
Since 2009, I have been producing diving documentaries about the most beautiful diving areas in the world.

In 2013, I started doing rebreather and technical dives.
In the following years, I obtained all qualifications up to expedition trimix and cave diver, always with my camera by my side.
Since then, as an (underwater) cameraman, I have participated in many international expeditions and worked with the camera in depths of up to 180 meters.
Since 2018, I have also been working as an instructor and train (almost) everything from beginner courses to trimix diving.
Since I started working as an underwater cameraman, I have been able to realize projects ranging from commissioned work for television or documentaries to dive center portraits.
