The XTX50 regulator can be converted from a right-hand hose configuration (as supplied standard from the APEKS factory) to a left-hand configuration. This feature is known as the Reversible Venturi System (RVS). Converting the regulator to a left-hand configuration is both quick and simple and can be performed by any authorised APEKS Service Technician.
The XTX50 regulator features a new two-shot high strength plastic front cover, which improves the durability of the most vulnerable part of the demand valve.
The XTX50’s new ergonomic venturi lever has been designed to reduce the ingress of grit.
A new silicone exhaust valve has been utilized on the XTX50 regulator to improve breathing performance.
