LB25CI – Self-sealing 25 kg Lift Bag with 0.4 Liter Inflation Cylinder
Conspicuously/highly visible self-sealing lift bag/SMB that can be inflated at depth using its own air supply – from a 0.4 liter 232 bar DIN mini-cylinder.
The dedicated mini-cylinder saves expensive gas mixtures for their actual purpose – to be breathed – instead of being used to inflate lift bags.
The mini-cylinder can be easily refilled by decanting from a compressed air cylinder.
The LBC25Ci can also be inflated conventionally with a second stage, should the mini-cylinder have been forgotten to be refilled, or if topping up the lift bag at depth becomes necessary.
The LBC25Ci seals at the end with our unique non-return valve, which seals upon inflation to prevent air loss at the surface.
An overpressure/dump valve prevents over-inflation and allows for easy deflation after use. The webbing dump valve is located at the highest point, allowing the diver to dump gas to fine-tune the amount of buoyancy applied. For example, if you want to lift and move a load on the seabed from one location to another, rather than simply sending it directly to the surface.
