The fully padded Deluxe complete set consists of a harness set and the corresponding wing bladder. The harness set is an ergonomically shaped, acid-resistant stainless steel backplate or aluminum backplate, harness-friendly webbing through deburred holes and slots. The harness strap is made of low-abrasion polyamide, extra-stiff fibers for easier donning and doffing, welded D-rings made of polished stainless steel, some of which are cranked, and a straight crotch strap. The harness is adjusted with ITW NEXUS QR buckles.
The shoulder straps can also be quickly released with ITW NEXUS QR buckles.
The ZEOS wing bladder is for single tanks and has a buoyancy of up to 17 kg/38 lbs (ZEOS 38). The ZEOS is a double-shell donut bladder system with a dump valve, K-type inflator, outer shell Cordura 1100dTEX, inner shell Nylon 440dTEX, YKK zipper, the grommet spacing is 279 mm. Delivery includes inflator hose.
The Deluxe complete set also includes a single tank adapter, two tank straps, 3D mesh shoulder and back pads, and optional weight pockets in sizes M (2 x 3kg) or XL (2 x 6kg).
