XTX 50 Sidemount Set DIN Version
DESCRIPTION
First Stage
• Over-balanced, diaphragm-controlled first stage – independent of depth and cylinder pressure, breathing resistance always remains the same. For more performance at depth.
• Compact, dry-sealed diaphragm system eliminates maintenance issues.
• The groundbreaking, innovative, overmolded first stage cover and dry diaphragm help prevent ice formation that leads to first stage free-flow in extreme conditions and provide protection from impact damage.
• Available only with DIN thread, for 300 bar - 5 x 3/8” UNF (Unified National Fine) medium pressure ports
• 2 x 7/16” UNF high pressure ports
• Machined first stage body features heat exchanger fins for maximum thermal performance.
• Angled high pressure ports for optimal hose routing and transmitter attachment.
• Machined, swivel turret with medium pressure ports, aligned in parallel for improved hose routing.
• Ribbed diaphragm clamp for improved heat exchange in cold water dives.
• Hose with dual swivel for more freedom of movement and comfort. - Tested for Octopus use: EN250A to 60 m, cold water - Nitrox/Oxygen compatible – up to 40% O2 (not within the European Union)
Second Stage
• High-performance, pneumatically balanced, lever-operated valve
• Large, diver-friendly, self-flushing and controllable purge button
• The elastomer overmolded cover includes a chrome-plated brass plate and increases the durability of the second stage.
• Large elastomer bumpers on the side and top protect it from impacts and scratches in the most sensitive areas. - Reversible second stage can be set up by a professional for left or right side gas supply.
• The patented heat exchanger surrounds the valve mechanism and dissipates cold from the expanding breathing gas while drawing heat from the ambient water.
• Features the innovative Diver Changeable Exhaust System (DCE). This allows the diver to switch a small exhaust deflector for a large one.
• Comfo-Bite™ mouthpiece
• Flexible, nylon-braided hose has better cold water performance than traditional rubber hoses.
